Founder and owner, Chad Poppino, has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He brings a deep passion for all aspects of building and construction development, which contributes to his well-rounded expertise and strong commitment to customer service. Chad also spent 10 years as an EMT, working in an emergency room, and served as a volunteer fighter supporting the Eastside community.
Outside of work, Chad enjoys working on cars, home renovation projects tied to his real estate investment business, and spending time with his family. He values staying active and appreciates outdoor activities such as hiking and camping, along with watching his children's sports and enjoying time with friends.

Adam, a Bay Area native, holds a film degree from Chapman University. After several years in New York working as a producer and editor, he shifted his focus toward management and customer service. For the past five years, he has been inspecting with Home Guide Inspections, where he draws on his deep customer service background to help clients truly understand their property while putting both buyers and sellers at ease. When he’s not on the job, Adam enjoys hiking, camping, and tackling home projects with his wife, Jamie, and their two children, Adrian and Mia.
