Founder and owner, Chad Poppino has been in the construction industry for over 20+ years. He truly loves all aspects of building and construction development. Adding to his unique background and customer service, Chad was an EMT for 10 years working in an emergency room and as a volunteer firefighter serving the Eastside. In his spare time he loves working on his own house projects, hiking, coaching his sons baseball team, exploring the outdoors, camping, and spending time with his family & friends.

Adam was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. He graduated from Chapman University with a film degree and went on to work as a producer/editor at a New York production company for several years before he found his love for customer service. For the past twenty years he has managed Starbucks coffee shops throughout California and Washington. He is now starting a career in home inspecting and is excited to help clients learn about their new home. Adam enjoys hiking, camping and loves to do improvement projects around the house with his wife, Jamie and his two children, Adrian and Mia.
